A Vision for Growth
When asked what drew him to Airmaster, Don's answer was simple: potential. “I saw an opportunity for growth—not just in the business, but in the people and the products,” he shared.
That potential includes pushing the boundaries of what industrial fans can do. “We already build great products. Now, the future is in smart technology—integrating controls and features customers don’t even know they need yet. It’s about elevating ventilation into the world of intelligent systems.”
Since joining the team, Don has been impressed by the people behind the products. “This is a group of professionals who care deeply about their work. Everyone is committed to being great at what they do, and that kind of culture isn’t easy to build. It speaks volumes about Airmaster’s foundation.”
A Respectful, Empowering Approach
When it comes to leadership, Don believes in setting direction and then stepping back. “I’m not here to micromanage,” he explains. “My job is to make sure people have what they need, and then trust them to do their jobs well. That includes respecting their time and lives outside of work.”
What’s Next for Airmaster?
Don is excited by the opportunity in front of us. “There’s so much untapped potential in this industry and within our own walls. The challenge is turning that potential into progress, and I’m here for it.”
And when asked what more people should know about Airmaster, he doesn’t hesitate: “We make great fans.”
