RETURN POLICY

Airmaster Fan products carry a one to five-year warranty depending on the type of fan. Airmaster Fan’s warranty states that all items that fail within this warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the Quality Manager.

Request for Returned Material Authorization

Customer will contact the Inside Sales Department or the Return Authorization Department, rma@airmasterfan.com, with the following information:

  • Name and address of distributor
  • The item the customer would like to return
  • Quantity
  • EDP number of the item being returned
  • A detailed description of the product defect (Just “defective” is not a detailed description)
  • Serial number of the unit the defective item is being removed from

If the item is under warranty, the returned material authorization requires the invoice number the item was purchased on, date of the original invoice, and name of the representative for the account.

The returned material authorization will indicate the item is being returned for a credit or to be replaced. Any item ordered and later returned in new condition at the customers’ request will be subject to a standard return with a 25% restocking fee.

Special built items (example: tube axials, or special motors) are non-cancellable, and non-returnable once in production.

Freight for returned items must be prepaid by the customer. If the items are being returned for warranty and the claim is approved there will be a credit issued for the freight.

Return Procedures

  1. List RMA number on shipping box
  2. Include a copy of the RMA
  3. Part or product must be returned prepaid only
  4. Part or product must be packaged well and returned in good condition other than what is stated in claim. Additional damage to part or product will increase any restock fee's
  5. You have 10 business days from the date on this form to respond
  6. If you require an immediate replacement, a new PO will be required for the component or final product necessary. The PO will not be invoiced until final determination, if returned material is found to bot be warrantable. Be sure to reference this RMA with the updated PO
